Possible building types include single-family homes or duplexes with a height of up to E+I+DG or E+I+II (with a flat roof). The minimum lot size for this area is 1,000 m². Further physical subdivision of the property is therefore not possible; however, a potential subdivision—e.g., for a duplex villa—could be carried out in accordance with the Condominium Act.

The maximum possible floor areas on each level are variable and, in accordance with the approved zoning plan, depend on the specific design of the building.
