Fantastic old villa from 1929 with garden

This detached family home presents itself in a quiet, well-kept location in the heart of Altharlaching. Built in the classic coffee grinder style, the façade impresses with its clear structure, plaster flaps and lattice windows. The generous amount of space extends over approx. 256 m² and three floors. The first floor houses the living, dining and cooking areas. On the upper floor there are three excellently designed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The top floor has been converted into an impressive studio room with a shower room and a height of almost five meters. The garden floor, which is mostly bright and homely, offers a guest or au pair room with kitchenette and shower room. Utility and storage areas complete this extremely charming home.

Oak herringbone parquet flooring, a stately staircase, white panelled doors and mullioned windows create a historic flair. As part of the 2021 refurbishment, original details were lovingly refurbished or added in keeping with the original style. The bathrooms and kitchen, electrics, plumbing and roof, including insulation, have also been brought up to date. In this way, old and new are tastefully combined to create a living environment that is both prestigious and inviting.

A special highlight is the enchanting mature garden. With a sun terrace and manicured lawn, it forms an idyllic outdoor retreat. A garage completes this beautiful property.
