Cozy single-family home with up to 5 bedrooms and a bright, airy Scandinavian vibe
A spacious, well-designed floor plan, a sun-drenched atmosphere, and high-quality, well-maintained finishes make this property an ideal family home. The living space spans approximately 208 m² and includes an attractive living/dining area with an open kitchen, up to five bedrooms, a master walk-in closet, and three bathrooms. The basement features two partially sunlit, comfortably designed hobby rooms, an additional shower room, as well as storage and utility areas. A sunny garden extends the living space outdoors.
The property was built in 2006 and is in very well-maintained condition. Oak strip parquet flooring with underfloor heating, a wood-burning fireplace, a brand-name built-in kitchen, and white panel doors create a timelessly attractive home with a cozy atmosphere. The design focused on a well-thought-out, family-friendly floor plan and large windows that allow for an unobstructed flow of light. As a result, all living and bedrooms exude a cheerful Scandinavian vibe even on overcast days.
Of particular note is the absolutely quiet location in an established, well-preserved residential neighborhood. At the same time, daycare centers, a selection of schools, shopping options, and the S-Bahn station are all within easy walking distance. Neubiberg offers families a pleasant living environment with numerous amenities, plenty of recreational opportunities, and short commutes to downtown Munich.

Neubiberg borders the state capital directly to the south of Munich. This independent municipality is part of the Munich district and offers its approximately 15,000 residents a perfect, extremely family-friendly infrastructure, established neighborhoods, and a vibrant community life. The historic town center, with its old village church and traditional courtyards, still exudes a village charm today.
In addition to (organic) supermarkets and discount stores, the town also offers unique, upscale shopping options and a diverse range of dining establishments; a well-stocked Edeka supermarket is within walking or biking distance. The nearby Neuperlacher PEP features around 135 stores under one roof. Neubiberg offers several daycare centers to choose from, including Waldorf facilities. The Sprengel Elementary School is about a twelve-minute walk away. Other types of schools are also within a short distance. The popular Neubiberg High School underwent a complete renovation in 2013/14 and now features modern facilities. In addition, there is a Montessori school (preschool, elementary, and secondary school) within walking distance of the single-family home offered here. The European School in Munich-Perlach is only about four kilometers away.
Neubiberg also offers excellent recreational opportunities. The “Hachinger Tal” landscape park is perfect for skating, biking, picnicking, and much more. The “Neubiberg” S-Bahn station (S2 and S7) is about a seven-minute walk away, and the “Neuperlach Süd” U-Bahn station (U5) is about a nine-minute bike ride or a short bus ride away.
