Ready to move into in a quiet location: Well-maintained semi-detached house with four bedrooms

Close to the city center, yet quiet and wonderfully green: this family home is in an unexpectedly idyllic location. Set far back from a tree-lined residential street with individual, low buildings, you feel more like you are in a well-kept small town than in the immediate vicinity of Munich city center. In addition to the magnificent old avenue trees, large gardens characterize the image of this intact, mature residential area with an extremely family-friendly infrastructure.

The sun-drenched half of the house is south-facing and offers a living space of approx. 171 m², spread over three floors. The space on offer includes an attractive living room and a dining area with adjoining kitchen on the first floor, two children's bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional WC on the upper floor and a light-filled, airy master area on the top floor. The basement, which has been converted into a living space, has two flexibly usable hobby rooms, a shower room and utility, storage and technical areas. Two terraces with adjoining garden extend the living space pleasantly outside. This family home is completed by a single garage with a long driveway.

The property was built in 2003 and is in a well-kept, ready-to-occupy condition. All four floors have underfloor heating. The gas boiler was recently replaced.
