The plot offered here has a total area of 648 m². The plot was recently created through a real division and has been cleared. The following describes the buildability according to the qualified development plan no. 29 of the municipality of Krailling as well as according to the specifications of the building permit decision of 13.06.2024.

The development plan stipulates the open construction method in the purely residential area - detached and semi-detached houses are permitted. The minimum building plot size is 500 m². Other decisive stipulations for the development are a maximum wall height of 6.5 meters and a maximum ridge height of 10 meters. A resulting attic may have a maximum roof pitch of 35 degrees. It is therefore conceivable to build a structure with two full storeys and a convertible attic storey above. The buildable area is defined in the currently valid development plan with an absolute size (GR 270), which still refers to the total plot size before actual division.
