Location

Obermenzing is one of the most sought-after locations in the west of Munich. The mature character of this beautiful residential area, the ideal infrastructure and attractive leisure facilities create an extremely pleasant environment.

Particularly noteworthy is the pleasantly quiet yet ideally connected to public transportation. The "Obermenzing" S-Bahn station is just a five-minute walk away. The S2 provides a fast connection to Munich city center; it only takes around 17 minutes to get from the property on offer to Marienplatz in the heart of Munich's old town. Verdistraße is also served by several bus lines, and the streetcar runs from nearby Amalienburgstraße to the city center. The A8 to the north is only a few minutes away by car.

Two of Munich's most popular excursion destinations, the Nymphenburg Palace with its famous park and the Botanical Gardens, are within easy walking distance. The Pasing-Nymphenburg Canal, the idyllic Blutenburg Palace and the enchanting "Durchblick" with its natural meadow landscape are all within cycling distance.
