Just a few steps from the flat, there is a greengrocer’s and delicatessen, a bakery and a chemist’s. The nearby centre of Pasing offers numerous amenities, including excellent shopping facilities, the historic Viktualienmarkt, a post office, banks and doctors’ surgeries. With over 100 shops, the nearby Pasing Arcaden shopping centre is the perfect place to go shopping.
The primary school on Peslmüllerstraße can be reached in about 5 minutes’ walk along quiet side streets. There is also a choice of various nurseries (including bilingual and Montessori options). The Pasing campus of Munich University of Applied Sciences on Avenariusplatz is around a 12-minute walk or a 4-minute cycle away. The Martinsried Technology Campus and Großhadern Hospital are also within easy reach. The Pasing City Park, just a few minutes’ walk away, offers a relaxing retreat with the idyllic Würm green corridor. Transport links are also excellent: you can quickly reach Pasing railway station by bike or bus, with S-Bahn and ICE connections.
