Compact two-room flat with luxury fittings and a large, sunny west-facing terrace

The historic Hackenviertel district, situated between Marienplatz and Stachus, forms part of the oldest core of Munich city centre and was first mentioned in historical records as early as 1369. The picturesque, winding alleyways with their listed façades still exude an unrivalled and authentic charm to this day.

The flats, which we offer exclusively for rent, are situated in the Joseph Pschorr Haus between Neuhauser Straße, Eisenmannstraße and the Altheimer Eck. As well as their unique location, the flats benefit from excellent local amenities.

All the shops for everyday needs and the Viktualienmarkt are within easy walking distance, as are the international luxury boutiques in the nearby Karstadt Oberpollinger and on Maximilianstraße. There are also excellent restaurants and cafés. Many cultural highlights, such as the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz, the Residenz, the State Opera, the Residenztheater and Kammerspiele, the HypoKunsthalle and the Fünf Höfe, are easily accessible on foot, as are top hotels such as the Bayerische Hof, The Charles Hotel and the Vier Jahreszeiten, which create a cosmopolitan atmosphere.

The excellent transport links (the ‘Karlsplatz/Stachus’ and ‘Marienplatz’ underground and suburban railway stations, both on the main line, are just a few minutes’ walk away) make it quick and convenient to reach destinations both within the city and further afield. The airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by public transport or by car.
