RIEDEL again receives award as Top Real Estate Agent 2021

As part of the FOCUS Special: Real Estate Atlas 2021, the latest market developments in Germany were presented on over 60 pages. In addition, RIEDEL was awarded as the top real estate agent in Germany by FOCUS. Decisive categories here were, among others, colleague and customer recommendations and the number of services offered by the respective brokerage offices.

The 1,000 top real estate agents in Germany were honoured by FOCUS. The data collection and survey of over 18,000 real estate agents was once again carried out in cooperation with ImmobilienScout24 and via the IVD regional associations. Further data on the offices was provided by the German statistics online portal Statista.

In the crucial category customer recommendations RIEDEL can convince with 5 of 5 stars and also with the colleague recommendations Riedel received 3 of 3 possible points. The services real estate evaluation, real estate financing, contract drafts and search service were likewise confirmed. RIEDEL received thus in all ranges the Bestnote and is pleased about the renewed honor as Top real estate agent 2021.

The special edition also highlights average prices per square metre in detailed maps of 10 metropolitan areas, including Munich with exciting developments in Au and Freiham. Nymphenburg continues to be one of the most sought-after residential locations in the state capital.

In terms of average prices & forecasts for 110 German cities, Munich leads the way for existing apartment prices at €18.00/m2, followed by Stuttgart at €14.21/m2and Frankfurt at €13.61/m2 . Munich together with Constance, Tübingen, Regensburg are in the last ranks in terms of yields with only 3.0%. Landshut with 2.9% and Rosenheim with 2.8% bring up the rear. Gera with 7.1% and Dessau-Roßlau with a yield of 6.7% are at the top of the rankings.
