Svenja has been working as a specialist assistant at RIEDEL since October 2025. In this role, she supports our real estate agents and is responsible for carefully preparing properties for sale. She laid the foundation for her expertise through a dual degree program in business administration and real estate management, which she successfully completed in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Even while she was a student, she gained extensive practical experience at a Munich-based real estate company. At RIEDEL, she particularly values the opportunity to provide expert guidance to clients while continuously expanding her knowledge of the market, workflows, and processes.
