Johannes Fersch

Since 2024, Johannes has been responsible, in his role as CRM Manager at RIEDEL, for the management and further development of the customer relationship management system, and ensures that reliable contact details are available to the sales and marketing teams. Following his apprenticeship as a property agent, he completed a part-time degree to become a qualified property economist (ADI). With a keen eye for opportunities to optimise sales-related processes, he is continuously developing the system with the aim of integrating marketing, sales and customer service even more effectively.
