Your role
- Preparation of property brochures:
- Developing and writing high-quality, engaging and emotive property brochures for premium properties
- A personal inspection of each property to capture all relevant details – from the architecture to the materials, furnishings and fittings to the location – and to convey them accurately
- Ensuring that the property descriptions meet the highest quality standards and clearly convey the property’s unique character
- Copywriting for marketing channels:
- Developing content for socialmedia, newsletters, websites, press and publications such as our in-house magazine
- Creationof SEO-optimised content for online marketing channels to boost our digital visibility
- Optimisation using AI:
- Use of modern AI tools to support and optimise copywriting, e.g. for text variations and SEO adjustments
- Targeting specific audiences:
- Development of compelling headlines for adverts and promotional materials
- Creation of copy specifically tailored to the expectations and needs of our discerning clientele
- Brand-consistent communication:
- Ensuring that all copy reflects the style and tone of our brand
Your profile
- Several years professional experience in editorial work, copywriting/copywriting, ideally in the property sector or the luxury goods segment (interior design or similar fields are also welcome)
- An exceptional feel for language and the ability to create an emotional connection through words
- A sure eye for architecture, high-quality materials, furniture and the distinctive features of a location
- Familiarity with Munich and the Five Lakes Region, ideally as part of your property portfolioxt
- An interest in and openness to using AI tools to support text creation
- A structured, detail-oriented and independent approach to work, with high standards of quality
