What does the building specification of a new building regulate?

When purchasing a newly built property, a building description is attached to the certified purchase contract as an essential part.

In conjunction with the prospectus, this regulates the construction work to be performed by the developer, i.e. the construction method, form and equipment of the property.

The following applies here: the more concrete the description, the greater the planning security for the buyer. It is therefore helpful if the building description defines as precisely as possible which materials of what quality are used and in what manner. The developer must provide the services described in a workmanlike manner that corresponds to the current state of the art.
